Company Admins and HR Admins use it after payroll is enabled and company and payroll onboarding are complete. Employees use **My profile** → **Benefits** for their own benefits after onboarding (see [My profile](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/employees/my-profile.md#benefits)). > [!NOTE] > > Every turns on financial benefits company by company. If you don't see them, email [support@every.io](mailto:support@every.io) to ask about them. ## Choose a benefit The page groups offerings into three sections. Which rows you see depends on your company's location, enabled products and existing policies. | Section | Offerings, when available | | - | - | | **Health** | **Health, Dental, and Vision** and **Health FSA**. For plans and enrollment, see [Health, Dental and Vision](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/benefits/health-insurance.md) | | **Financial** | 401(k) (A U.S. retirement savings plan an employer sponsors, which employees pay into from their paychecks before or after tax) partners and commuter benefits. See [Retirement](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/benefits/retirement.md) | | **Business** | Partner offerings, such as workers' compensation (Insurance that pays an employee's medical costs and lost wages when they're hurt or fall ill because of work). See [Workers' compensation](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/benefits/workers-compensation.md) | For FSA (Flexible spending account: an account employees fund from pre-tax pay to spend on eligible health or dependent care costs) and commuter benefit setup, see [Financial benefits](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/benefits/other-benefits.md). When your company has **Dependent Care FSA**, its row is under **Health** or **Financial**. For HRA-enabled health plans, see [HRA-enabled plans](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/benefits/health-insurance.md#hra-enabled-plans). Select a row to open it. Every-managed rows open a page or setup flow in Every. The badges are **Not Started**, **In Progress**, **Processing**, **Scheduled**, **Active** and **Inactive**. ## Agent reference **Where:** **Benefits** in the sidebar opens **Benefits & Insurance**. **Who:** Company Admins and HR Admins after payroll is enabled and company and payroll onboarding are complete. ### Facts * **Benefits & Insurance** groups enabled partner offerings under **Health**, **Financial** and **Business**. A group with no rows does not appear on **Benefits & Insurance**. * Offered **Health, Dental, and Vision** and **Health FSA** rows appear under **Health** on **Benefits & Insurance**. Health plan offerings depend on the company's primary filing location and existing policies. Every-managed financial benefits (FSAs and commuter benefits) require financial benefits to be turned on for the company and payroll onboarding to be complete. * When **Dependent Care FSA** is available to the company, its row is in **Health** on **Benefits & Insurance** if selecting an FSA opens FSA plan-year cards, and in **Financial** otherwise. Both FSA rows on **Benefits & Insurance** require financial benefits to be turned on for the company. * Offered retirement partners and commuter benefits appear under **Financial** on **Benefits & Insurance**. Retirement partners appear before other financial products. * Selecting an Every-managed **Health, Dental, and Vision** row on **Benefits & Insurance** opens the health plan-year page. Selecting an Every-managed financial benefit on **Benefits & Insurance** opens a setup flow, FSA plan-year cards or a dashboard. * In **Shop plans** under **Benefits** → **Health, Dental, and Vision**, a plan group that contains an HRA-enabled plan shows **HRA Enabled Plans**. See [HRA-enabled plans](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/benefits/health-insurance.md#hra-enabled-plans). * Selecting an external financial partner on **Benefits & Insurance** opens the partner website in a new tab. * The setup badges on **Benefits & Insurance** are **Not Started**, **In Progress**, **Processing**, **Scheduled**, **Active** and **Inactive**. * Employees open their own benefits on **My profile** → **Benefits** after onboarding. The profile's **Benefits** tab excludes contractors and external users. ### Questions people ask * **Why can't I see Benefits in the sidebar?** The **Benefits** sidebar item requires the Company Admin or HR Admin role, enabled payroll and completed company and payroll onboarding. * **Why is Dependent Care FSA under Health instead of Financial?** When your company has **Dependent Care FSA**, its row is under **Health** on **Benefits & Insurance** if selecting an FSA opens FSA plan-year cards, and under **Financial** otherwise. * **Why did selecting a retirement partner open another website?** External financial partners on **Benefits & Insurance** open the partner website in a new tab. * **Where do employees enroll in health plans?** Employees start from **Enroll in health benefits** on **Home** (see [Home](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/employees/home.md#to-dos)).
