# Send money

> Pay a vendor from your checking account by ACH, wire or check, or ask the vendor for bank details

![Payment methods ACH, Wire and Check, each with its delivery time, with Wire chosen in front of the list.](https://mintcdn.com/every-a2724ddc/k5maP8xPODHl5ToY/images/illustrations/admins-bill-pay-payment-methods-light.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=k5maP8xPODHl5ToY\&q=85\&s=cead86872671f0f16c4303d345a41940)

On **Payments** → **All payments**, select **Send money** to pay a vendor from your checking account by ACH (Automated Clearing House: the U.S. network that moves money between bank accounts in batches), wire or check. Company Admins and Bookkeepers can send payments, and so can Accounts Payable users once Every has turned that role on for your company.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Every turns on **Send money** with a **Recipient Account** step, and scheduled payments, company by company. If you don't see them, email [support@every.io](mailto:support@every.io) to ask about them.

## Before you begin

You need the vendor's payment details: the routing number (The 9-digit number that identifies a U.S. bank in ACH payments, wires and checks) and account number for ACH, the same plus the recipient's address for a wire, or an address for a check. If the vendor has no saved accounts, you can ask them for their bank details instead (see [Request from vendor](#request-from-vendor)).

## Open Send money

* Go to **Payments** → **All payments**, then select **Send money**. The **Payments** menu appears in the sidebar after your company finishes onboarding.
* Go to **Banking** → **Checking account** (**Overview** if your **Banking** menu has no **Credit card** item), then select **Move money** → **Send money**. Company Admins and Bookkeepers can use this one (see [Move money](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/banking/payments.md)).
* On **Home**, select **Pay bill** in **Quick access**.
* Go to **Payments** → **Vendors**, then select **Pay vendor** on a vendor. Send money opens with that vendor already chosen.

## Send a payment

**1. Choose the recipient**

In **Select Recipient**, search for a vendor, or type a new name (up to 50 characters) and select the option that starts with **Create**.

**2. Optional: upload the vendor's details**

Under **Auto-match recipient information**, upload a bank letter or a PDF of the vendor's account information. Every fills in what it finds, such as the amount, the routing and account numbers, the vendor's email, the bill number and the dates.

**3. Choose the account**

In **Recipient Account**, select one of the vendor's saved accounts, or select **Add new account** and choose a type (see [Account types](#account-types)). The account's type sets how the money is sent. A vendor with no saved accounts also has **Request from vendor**.

When your uploaded file names an account that's already saved, Every selects it. When it names one the vendor doesn't have, select **Review these details and add the account** to open **Add new account** with the routing and account numbers filled in.

**4. Enter the amount**

In **Amount**, enter how much to send. The step also shows your **Checking Account Available Balance**.

**5. Add the accounting details**

In **Accounting Details**, fill in the fields (see [Accounting details](#accounting-details)), then select **Next**.

**6. Review and confirm**

On the review page, make sure the recipient, amount, payment method and items are right, then select **Confirm & pay**. To go back, select **Make changes**.

If you leave before you confirm, Every asks "Are you sure you want to leave?" and makes no payment. A recipient or account you added along the way stays saved.

![The first step of Send money, choosing a recipient, with the account, amount and accounting details steps to come.](https://mintcdn.com/every-a2724ddc/qvvudeZxc26V6Klz/images/screens/admins-bill-pay-payment-methods-light.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=qvvudeZxc26V6Klz\&q=85\&s=7a819eeaff5bcf52ed7617554e945dcc)

## Account types

| Type | The product shows | You enter |
| - | - | - |
| **ACH** | Free, 3 to 5 business days | Bank name, routing number, account number (twice) and account type |
| **Wire** | Free, 1 business day | The same bank details and the recipient's address |
| **Check** | Free, 7 to 10 business days | The recipient's address |

A saved account has a three-dot menu with **Delete**, which is unavailable on the account marked **Primary**. The account types can also include international ones (see [Pay a vendor abroad](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/bill-pay/international-payments.md)).

![An ACH account form in Send money, with bank name, routing number, account numbers and account type.](https://mintcdn.com/every-a2724ddc/19nP2pdcB7HMtcYU/images/screens/admins-bill-pay-payment-methods-account-light.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=19nP2pdcB7HMtcYU\&q=85\&s=53ecf5fe7672a4e043282a5089b149ad)

## Request from vendor

If the vendor has no saved accounts, **Recipient Account** also offers **Request from vendor**: "Send an email asking the vendor to provide their bank details". Select it and enter the **Vendor Email**.

If the payment has no approvers, the screen after you confirm says "After we receive payment details from the vendor payment will automatically be sent." For what the vendor does, see [Collect vendor details](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/bill-pay/vendor-details.md).

## Accounting details

Enter a **Memo for Recipient**. It's required except for a check, with a limit of 50 characters, or 40 for a check.

Every converts it to plain text for ACH, wire, check and **Request from vendor**. Accents, curly quotes and dashes become plain characters, and other characters become a space.

Under **How many people should approve this bill?**, Company Admins can choose **No approvers needed**. Bookkeepers and Accounts Payable users must choose at least one approver.

Then choose each approver; you can't choose yourself. See [Approvals](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/bill-pay/approvals.md).

Answer **Can Every collect a W-9 from this vendor for tax purposes?** Choose **Yes, I want Every to collect a W-9** and enter the vendor's email, or choose **No, I already collected a W-9**.

Company Admins can also choose **No, this is a transfer. I'm not paying a vendor**. Every skips this question for a **Request from vendor** payment and for a vendor whose W-9 (The IRS form a U.S. vendor or contractor fills in to give a business their name and TIN) is already collected. See [Collect vendor details](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/bill-pay/vendor-details.md).

When your accounting software is connected to Every and its default reimbursement and bank accounts are set up, answer **Would you like to create a bill in your accounting software?** The answer starts as **No** for Company Admins and **Yes** for Bookkeepers.

With **Yes**, enter the **QBO Vendor**, **QBO account**, **QBO class**, **Bill number**, **Issue date** and **Due date**, then add **Bill items** with **Add new item**. The items must add up to the payment amount.

With **No**, choose the **QBO Vendor**, then answer **I am paying for** and **This purchase is for**. Without connected accounting software, answer **I am paying for** and **This purchase is for** instead.

Choose a budget under **The spending budget for this bill is**, which appears with **I am paying for** and **This purchase is for** when you can assign budgets (see [Budgets](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/accounting/budgets.md)).

For an ACH or **Request from vendor** payment, answer **When should this bill be paid?** (see [Schedule a payment](#schedule-a-payment)).

![Send money's accounting details with memo, approvers, W-9 and bookkeeping choices.](https://mintcdn.com/every-a2724ddc/19nP2pdcB7HMtcYU/images/screens/admins-bill-pay-payment-methods-accounting-light.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=19nP2pdcB7HMtcYU\&q=85\&s=3c0c8c9ce6c15cba0580077e972337c7)

## Schedule a payment

In **Accounting Details**, an ACH payment or a **Request from vendor** payment asks **When should this bill be paid?**

1. Select **Pay now** ("Send the payment as soon as it's approved.") or **Schedule for later**.
2. For **Schedule for later**, choose a **Payment date** after today, on the 1st to the 28th of a month. The product says "Once approved, we'll hold this payment and send it on this date."

Wire, check and international payments can't be scheduled, and **Send money** with a **Payment Method** step has no scheduling.

## What happens next

| Case | The screen says |
| - | - |
| The payment has approvers | "Payment sent for approval" |
| No approvers, **Request from vendor** | "Payment has been scheduled" |
| No approvers, ACH, wire or check | "Payment has been sent", and "Check the status on the Transactions Page." |
| The payment fails | "Payment failed" and the message below |

For an ACH or wire payment that goes through, the screen also has **Download statement**. See [Approvals](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/bill-pay/approvals.md) for payments waiting on approvers and [Transactions](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/banking/transactions.md) for sent payments.

## Errors you can see

"\$X" stands for an amount: your balance in the balance message, and your limit in the limit messages.

| Message | When it appears |
| - | - |
| "Amount must be greater than zero." | The amount is 0 |
| "Checking Account Balance: \$X. Insufficient Funds." | The amount is more than your available balance |
| "Daily limit of $X exceeded." and "Monthly Limit of $X exceeded." | A wire payment is over a limit. For ACH, each ends with "Send a wire instead." |
| "Daily check payment limit of $X exceeded." and "Monthly check payment limit of $X exceeded." | A check payment is over a limit |
| "Wire payments over \$3,000 can't be sent to a PO Box address. Use ACH instead, or enter a non-PO Box address." | Choose **ACH** or enter a non-PO Box address |
| "One or more payment fields contain invalid characters. Please review your inputs and try again." | After **Confirm & pay**, a field has characters Every can't send |
| "There was an error paying. Please contact [support@every.io](mailto:support@every.io)" | Any other failure after **Confirm & pay** |

For another payment failure after **Confirm & pay**, email [support@every.io](mailto:support@every.io).

## Change or cancel a scheduled payment

If **Payments** → **All payments** is titled **Bills & Reimbursements**, you can reschedule or cancel a scheduled payment from its **Approved** tab. The page titled **All payments** has neither action. Once a scheduled payment has been sent, it can't be rescheduled or canceled.

**1. Open the payment's menu**

On the **Approved** tab of **Bills & Reimbursements**, hover over the scheduled payment and open its three-dot menu.

**2. Choose the action**

Select **Reschedule** or **Cancel payment**.

**3. Confirm it**

To reschedule, choose a new **Payment date** after today, on the 1st to the 28th of a month, then select **Reschedule**. To cancel, select **Cancel payment** in the **Cancel scheduled payment** dialog. Canceling stops the scheduled payment, so no money moves, and it can't be undone.

## With a payment method step

When **Send money** has a **Payment Method** step, its five steps are **Select Recipient**, **Payment Method**, **Amount**, **Recipient Details** and **Accounting Details**. In **Payment Method**, you choose **ACH**, **Wire** or **Check**, and **Request from vendor** is offered when the vendor has no wire or ACH details.

**Recipient Details** asks for the details of the type you chose. This version of **Send money** has no scheduling.

## Agent reference

**Where:** **Payments** → **All payments** → **Send money**. Other ways in: **Banking** → **Checking account** → **Move money** → **Send money**, the **Pay bill** item in **Quick access** on **Home**, and **Pay vendor** on **Payments** → **Vendors**. The sidebar calls **Checking account** **Overview** when the **Banking** menu has no **Credit card** item.

**Who:** Company Admins and Bookkeepers, and Accounts Payable users once Every has turned that role on for the company. Only Company Admins and Bookkeepers can use **Banking** → **Checking account** → **Move money** → **Send money**. Every turns on **Send money** with a **Recipient Account** step and scheduled payments company by company.

### Facts

* The **Payments** menu in the sidebar appears after the company finishes onboarding, and shows **All payments** and **Vendors**.
* **Send money** on **Payments** → **All payments** opens the Send money flow.
* **Move money** → **Send money** on **Banking** → **Checking account** opens the Send money flow. **Banking** → **Checking account** isn't available until the company finishes onboarding.
* **Pay bill** in **Quick access** on **Home** opens the Send money flow for Company Admins, Bookkeepers and Accounts Payable users.
* **Pay vendor** is in a vendor's row menu and on its sheet on **Payments** → **Vendors**. It opens Send money with that vendor already chosen as the recipient.
* The role description for Accounts Payable says an approver must be selected before a bill can be submitted. An Accounts Payable user has the same access as a Bookkeeper on **Payments** → **All payments** and **Payments** → **Vendors**.
* **Send money** with a **Recipient Account** step has the steps **Select Recipient**, **Recipient Account**, **Amount** and **Accounting Details**, then a review page.
* **Send money** with a **Payment Method** step has the steps **Select Recipient**, **Payment Method**, **Amount**, **Recipient Details** and **Accounting Details**. Its **Payment Method** step asks "How would you like to pay them?" and offers **ACH**, **Wire** and **Check**. It offers **Request from vendor** when the vendor has no wire or ACH details.
* Each step of Send money has **Next**, and each step after **Select Recipient** has **Back**. **Next** on the **Accounting Details** step opens the review page.
* Closing Send money before you confirm asks "Are you sure you want to leave?" and says "The information you inputted for paying this bill will not be saved." No payment is made until **Confirm & pay**. A recipient you create with **Create** and an account you add with **Add new account** are saved when you create them, so they stay if you leave.
* **Select Recipient** asks "Who are you sending funds to?" The recipient field is labeled **Choose recipient/beneficiary**, searches with "Search vendors..." and says "No vendors found." for an empty list.
* Typing a name in **Choose recipient/beneficiary** on Send money's **Select Recipient** step offers an option that starts with **Create**. It adds a vendor with only that name. A name can't be longer than 50 characters ("Recipient name must not be longer than 50 characters") and can't be empty ("Recipient name is required"). A failed create shows "Error creating recipient" and "Please try again."
* **Auto-match recipient information** says to upload a bank letter or a PDF of your account information to auto match your details. It accepts a PDF or a .docx file.
* Auto-match fills the amount, the account number, the routing number, the vendor's email, the street address, the bill number, the issue date, the due date and the bill items from the file, where it finds them. It also fills **Memo for Recipient**, from the invoice number and your company's name.
* **Recipient Account** is headed "Enter recipient's details". The account list has **Add new account**. Choosing an account sets the payment to ACH, wire or check by the account's type.
* **Add new account** opens a dialog titled "Add new account" that says "Select a type and enter the account information." Its button is **Add account**. A type the vendor already has shows a **Used Before** tag.
* In Send money's **Add new account** dialog, the account types read **ACH**, "Free, 3 to 5 business days"; **Wire**, "Free, 1 business day"; and **Check**, "Free, 7 to 10 business days".
* In Send money's **Add new account** dialog, an ACH account asks for **Bank name**, **Routing number**, **Account number**, **Verify account number** and **Account type** (**Checking** or **Savings**). A wire account asks for the same, plus a **Recipient address** with **Street address**, **Apt, suite, etc. (optional)**, **City**, **State** and **Postal code**. A wire account's address country is always US. A check account asks for a **Recipient address** and a **Country**, and no bank account.
* In Send money's **Add new account** dialog, a routing number must be 9 digits and pass a validity check ("Invalid routing number"), and an account number must be 4 to 17 digits.
* On Send money's **Recipient Account** step, a saved account's three-dot menu has **Delete**. **Delete** is unavailable on the account with the **Primary** badge, and its tooltip says "Set another account as primary before deleting this one." A deleted account shows "Account deleted." and a failed delete shows "Failed to delete account."
* If the uploaded file names a valid routing number and an account number that aren't on file for the vendor, **Recipient Account** shows "This invoice asks to be paid to an account that is not on file for this recipient". Its link, **Review these details and add the account**, opens **Add new account** for ACH or wire with the routing number and the account number filled in, and the bank name when the file gives it. If the account is already on file, Every selects it and shows no suggestion.
* In Send money's **Add new account** dialog, the account types can also include international ones: **International via Visa** or **International via Visa Plus**, **International via Pershing** and **International via Nium**. They are described on the [Pay a vendor abroad](https://every-a2724ddc.mintlify.site/admins/bill-pay/international-payments.md) page.
* For a vendor with no saved accounts, Send money's **Recipient Account** step shows either the account list or a form headed "Every holds no bank details for" the vendor. That form has a **Remittance email (optional)** field ("Where we send confirmation once this is paid.") and its own **Request from vendor** option, and it saves the account when you select **Next**.
* **Request from vendor** shows only when the vendor has no saved accounts. It says "Send an email asking the vendor to provide their bank details" and asks for a **Vendor Email**, which must be a valid email. The payment goes by ACH. It can be scheduled like an ACH payment.
* Send money's **Amount** step asks "How much do you want to send?" and shows **Checking Account Available Balance**, the checking account's available balance.
* On Send money's **Amount** step, a zero amount shows "Amount must be greater than zero." An amount over the balance shows "Checking Account Balance: $X. Insufficient Funds." with your balance for $X.
* On Send money's **Amount** step, ACH amounts over a limit show "Daily limit of $X exceeded. Send a wire instead." or "Monthly Limit of $X exceeded. Send a wire instead." Wire amounts show "Daily limit of $X exceeded." or "Monthly Limit of $X exceeded." Check amounts show "Daily check payment limit of $X exceeded." or "Monthly check payment limit of $X exceeded."
* If **Send money** says "Wire payments over \$3,000 can't be sent to a PO Box address. Use ACH instead, or enter a non-PO Box address.", choose **ACH** or enter a non-PO Box address.
* **Accounting Details** is headed "Enter accounting details". **Memo for Recipient** says "Add the invoice number, credit details, or any other information you'd like the recipient to see here."
* **Memo for Recipient** on Send money's **Accounting Details** step is required unless the payment is a check ("The payment description is required"). It holds up to 50 characters, or 40 for a check. Over the limit it shows "Memo is too long. Maximum is 50 characters." or, for a check, "Memo must be shorter than 40 characters". A memo with nothing left after cleaning shows "Memo must include letters or numbers."
* For ACH, wire, check and **Request from vendor** payments in Send money, Every turns the memo and the address into plain text: dashes become hyphens, curly quotes become plain quotes, accented letters lose their accents and other special characters become a space.
* Company Admins can send with no approvers: their first choice for **How many people should approve this bill?** is **No approvers needed**. Everyone else must choose a number, starting at 1 ("Number of approvers is required"), and each approver is chosen under "Select the 1st Approver", "Select the 2nd Approver" and so on ("Approver is required" when empty). The approver list leaves out you and people who have left the company. The field's placeholder says "Up to 5 approvers".
* The approvers question is hidden when the payment is a transfer, except for Bookkeepers. A payment is a transfer when the vendor is marked as a transfer or a Company Admin chooses the transfer W-9 answer. For a transfer, **Accounting Details** also hides the accounting software section and the scheduling section.
* The W-9 question on Send money's **Accounting Details** step is "Can Every collect a W-9 from this vendor for tax purposes?" Its options are **Yes, I want Every to collect a W-9** (marked **Recommended**, and the starting answer), **No, I already collected a W-9**, and, for Company Admins only, **No, this is a transfer. I'm not paying a vendor**. **Yes** asks for the vendor's email, which must be valid.
* Send money doesn't ask the W-9 question for **Request from vendor**, for **International via Pershing**, **International via Visa** or **International via Visa Plus**, for a vendor with an onboarding invitation, for a vendor marked as a transfer or for a vendor whose W-9 is already collected.
* When the company's accounting software is connected to Every, with its default reimbursement and bank accounts set up, **Accounting Details** asks "Would you like to create a bill in your accounting software?" (required unless the payment is a transfer). **Yes** says "Recommended for accountants" and **No** says "Recommended for founders". The answer starts as **No** for a Company Admin and **Yes** for a Bookkeeper. Without connected accounting software the answer is always **No**.
* On **Send money**'s **Accounting Details** step, choosing **Yes** for "Would you like to create a bill in your accounting software?" asks for **QBO Vendor**, **Vendor email** (only when the W-9 question isn't asked), **QBO account**, **QBO class**, **Bill number** (up to 21 characters), **Issue date** and **Due date**, and shows **Bill items**. **Add new item** asks for an **Amount**, an **Account**, a **Department** and a **Description**, all required. At least one bill item is required ("At least one bill item is required"), and the items must add up to the payment amount ("Bill items total ... doesn't match the payment amount ...").
* On **Send money**'s **Accounting Details** step, choosing **No** for "Would you like to create a bill in your accounting software?" asks for **QBO Vendor** when accounting software is connected ("QBO vendor is required" when empty), **I am paying for** ("The category is required") and **This purchase is for** ("The department is required"). Without connected accounting software it still asks for the department and the category.
* On Send money's **Accounting Details** step, **The spending budget for this bill is** shows with **I am paying for** and **This purchase is for** (after **No**, or without connected accounting software), when the company uses Budgets and you have budgets you can assign. It doesn't show after **Yes**.
* Scheduling a payment is part of **Send money** with a **Recipient Account** step, where Every has turned on scheduled payments for the company.
* **When should this bill be paid?** has **Pay now** (marked **Recommended**: "Send the payment as soon as it's approved.") and **Schedule for later**, which shows **Payment date**: "Once approved, we'll hold this payment and send it on this date."
* The **Payment date** picker in Send money disables dates before tomorrow and days after the 28th. Only ACH and **Request from vendor** payments can be scheduled: other types don't show **When should this bill be paid?**. With **Schedule for later** chosen and no valid date, the field shows "Choose a valid future date".
* Send money's review page, after **Accounting Details**, is headed "Payment for" and the recipient's name, with the badge **Draft**. It shows **Recipient**, **Type** (**Vendor**), **Amount** and **Payment method**, **Scheduled to send on** for a scheduled payment (with the month, day and year), the **Items** list with **Vendor**, **Category**, **Department** and **Amount** (plus **Budget** when budgets show), and **Payment details**. For an ACH or wire payment they show the account number's last four digits, the routing number and the bank. For a check they show the **Street**, **City**, **State** and **Zip**. Its buttons are **Confirm & pay** and **Make changes**, which returns to the steps.
* After **Confirm & pay**, the screen's title depends on the case. With approvers: "Payment sent for approval" and "This bill payment request has been routed through approvals." With no approvers, for **Request from vendor**: "Payment has been scheduled" and "After we receive payment details from the vendor payment will automatically be sent." With no approvers, for an ACH, wire or check payment: "Payment has been sent" and "Check the status on the Transactions Page." A failed payment shows "Payment failed".
* The badge on Send money's screen after **Confirm & pay** is **Submitted** for a payment with approvers or a **Request from vendor** payment, **Paid** for other ACH, wire or check payments, and **Failed** for a failed payment. A scheduled ACH payment without approvers shows the same title and badge as any other ACH payment, with **Scheduled to send on** showing the date.
* Send money's screen after **Confirm & pay** has **Download statement** for an ACH or wire payment that goes through.
* After **Confirm & pay** in Send money, a payment refused because a field has characters Every can't send shows "One or more payment fields contain invalid characters. Please review your inputs and try again." Any other failure shows "There was an error paying. Please contact [support@every.io](mailto:support@every.io)". Email [support@every.io](mailto:support@every.io).
* When **Payments** → **All payments** is titled **Bills & Reimbursements**, a scheduled payment's row on its **Approved** tab has a three-dot menu with **Reschedule** and **Cancel payment**, shown while the payment is held until its date, where Every has turned on scheduled payments for the company. The page titled **All payments** has no **Approved** tab and neither action.
* **Cancel payment** opens **Cancel scheduled payment**, which says the payment is held until its scheduled date and that cancellation can't be undone. Canceling stops the scheduled payment, so no money moves. Its buttons are **Keep scheduled** and **Cancel payment**, and a canceled payment shows "Scheduled payment canceled."
* **Reschedule** opens **Reschedule payment**: "Choose a new date to send this payment." It asks for a **Payment date** from tomorrow on, then **Reschedule**. A date after the 28th of a month shows "Choose a date on or before the 28th of the month" in the dialog, and a rescheduled payment shows "Payment rescheduled".
* A scheduled payment that has been sent can't be canceled ("This payment has already been sent and can no longer be canceled") or rescheduled ("This payment has already been sent and can no longer be rescheduled"). Only a payment still held until its date can be canceled or rescheduled.

* **Can I schedule a payment?** Yes, for ACH and **Request from vendor** payments, when **Send money** has a **Recipient Account** step and Every has turned on scheduled payments for the company. Choose **Schedule for later** and a **Payment date** from tomorrow on, on the 1st to the 28th.
* **Can I schedule a wire or a check?** No. Only ACH and **Request from vendor** payments can be scheduled.
* **Can I schedule for the 30th?** No. In Send money, the **Payment date** picker disables days after the 28th.
* **How do I cancel a scheduled payment?** Go to **Payments** → **All payments**; if the page is titled **Bills & Reimbursements**, open the **Approved** tab, open the payment's three-dot menu and select **Cancel payment**. The page titled **All payments** has no cancel action.
* **Can I cancel a payment after it was sent?** No. Canceling it shows "This payment has already been sent and can no longer be canceled".
* **Why was my wire refused?** If it says "Wire payments over $3,000 can't be sent to a PO Box address...", the wire is over $3,000 and goes to a PO Box address. Use ACH or enter a non-PO Box address.
* **Why does it say the limit was exceeded?** The amount is over your daily or monthly limit for that payment type. For ACH, the message adds "Send a wire instead."
* **What does "invalid characters" mean?** A field has characters Every can't send. Review the memo, the vendor's name and the address, then try again.
* **Can I delete a vendor's account?** Yes, with **Delete** in the account's three-dot menu, except the account marked **Primary**.
* **Can I download a statement?** Yes, for an ACH or wire payment that goes through: **Download statement** is on the screen after you confirm.
